Lia will be guiding Saturday’s wellness workshop for us!

She is a psychotherapist and founder of SOMA Therapy Group with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping individuals approach self-discovery with a sense of curiosity and openness. Lia specializes in somatic experiencing, parts-work, mindfulness, and integrating movement as a pathway to healing. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body holds essential wisdom for transformation, and she is committed to creating a safe space for individuals to explore and connect with their authentic selves.
